Process:
Pressure Sand Filter: Water is first filtered by Pressure Sand Filter unit for removal of suspended matters and turbidity.
Activated Carbon Filter: These are Pressure Vessels fitted internally with pleated cartridge elements of 5 micron & 20 micron rating, which removes micron sized particles.
Micron Filtration: These are Pressure Vessels fitted internally with pleated cartridge elements of 5 micron & 20 micron rating, which removes micron sized particles.
Osmosis Pressure System (High Pressure Pump): A high pressure System is provided for supplying the feed water to RO System at high pressure of 12-14kg./cm.
Desalination System by RO Membrane Element: A reverse Osmosis System rejects 90-95% of total Dissolved Solids (TDS).
Storage of Treated (final) water: To store Treated (final Water tank.
UV System (Optional): To deactivate bacteria of final water.
Auto Flushing System: with Solenoid valve & timer (Optional) this system auto flushes the RO System automatically for preset time.
